Castle East
The 2021 mineral resource estimate for the Castle East Robinson Zone referred to on this website was prepared by GoldMinds Geoservices Inc. (Merouane Rachidi, P.Geo., Ph.D.) for the Company, then named Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc., in the NI 43-101 Technical Report Update for Castle East, Ontario, Canada, effective April 30, 2021, and is based on the Company's own drilling. The Company's current technical report on the Castle Silver Property (Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience Inc., effective December 3, 2025) does not include an updated mineral resource estimate and treats the 2021 estimate as historical. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the 2021 estimate as current mineral resources, the Company is not treating it as current mineral resources, and it should not be relied upon.
Gowganda Silver Tailings
The mineral resource estimate for the Gowganda Silver Tailings Project referred to on this website is the estimate reported by the Company on September 15, 2026, with an effective date of August 1, 2026, prepared by GeoVector Management Inc. (Duncan Studd, M.Sc., P.Geo., an independent Qualified Person). It supersedes the estimate contained in GeoVector's July 8, 2011 NI 43-101 technical report prepared for Temex Resources, which is no longer treated as current and should not be relied upon. Historical feasibility and engineering studies on the Gowganda tailings, including the 1987 Kilborn Limited feasibility study and the 2000 Leslie Engineering capital cost estimate, contain economic analyses that predate NI 43-101 and were prepared for other operators. They are not current, the Company is not relying on them, and no current economic study has been completed. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
Historical production
References to historical production from past-producing mines in the Cobalt-Gowganda camp, including Castle, Capitol and Miller Lake-O'Brien, are derived from public records and have not been verified by the Company. They are provided as context on the district's mining history only and are not indicative of mineralization on the Company's claims or of economic viability. There is no assurance that the Company's exploration programs will confirm economically mineable mineralization, or that any future mineral resource estimate will reflect similar grades or tonnages.
